Accident dumped some water on one month olds face while rinsing out shampoo in hair,should I go to the er?

Hi doctor..i am new mom of girl baby (90 days ).i am confused by hearing so many suggestions from differnt people for head shapping for baby..few suggested shapping head mannualy by using hand will lead to bad consequences...but some of them blaming me not changing her shape round..even though her head is not shapeless..i just need to know the myth behind the shapping head round ..please advise.

My 2 and half year old daughter not feeling well since 3-4 days. We have consulted a doctor also going treatment of syrups but as of now no improvement we have not seen. She has stopped eating anything & fever is on little bit lower side as it was on 101 Celsius. Cough is not stopped yet although we giving her provided syrup on time. Please suggest.

Fever since saturday.all lab reports like m.p,cbc,widal,cue ,esr,taken.doctor had given P250 and zanocin100.but now he stopped zanocin and only give p250.her fever decreases on giving it then again increases.she is getting molar tooth also.can does it cause fever.her m.p report is neative.esr is 45mm/hr.hr wbc is 3700/cumm.plaleletis 1.8mm/hr. Widal test -To titre agglutination upto 1in 40 dil,TH titre aggullutination upto 1 in 40 dil.AH titre less than 1 in 20 dil.BH titre less than 1in 20 dil.

My daughter who is 18 months old is currently undergoing treatment for a possible throat infection with fever. She has been prescribed Augmentin DDS 3 ml twice a day and meftal for the fever. She has however developed diarrhoea over the last 12 hours and our doctor is unreachable due to the long weekend. Should I give her something for the diarrhoea or let it run its course. She is eating and drinking normally. We are giving her lots of fluids.

My 7 months old daughter having dry cough heavily. Please give me a solution.
