My kid having 2.6 year old. having fever
My kid having fever from last day evening, she is 2.6 year old. can hear a kur kur voice of cough when she sleep.

Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required,and give steam inhalations for cough.
Will settle down in 3-4 days.
