Doctor advised me to give atarax drops for my 2 month old baby. Bt when i give it to her, she become more silent. Is there any problem? Can i stop this medicine?

My son age 5month old and having green stools from past 5 days ,stools 5 time per day .and doctor suggested to use z and d drops for 14 days and it's a diarrhea.. What should I do..reason for green stool please and shall I follow the medicine

Hello doctor,                My son is now 11 months old he is 9.5kg. At the time of birth he was 3.9. First four months he gained 1kg and after that he is gaining 300 gm less or more. Doctor says he should triple his birth weight. Why my baby is not gaining weight . I breastfeed him and give all varieties of food. Still he dont gain weight why is it?

My daughter got vaccination at 6 weeks for ipv, hib, hepatitis B, dtap, rotavirus and Pneumococcal(as per booklet give by hospital), the doctor gave vaccination, one of them was hexaxim brand of vaccine which covers ipv, hib, dtap and hepatitis B. Now again @10 months my daughter was to be given ipv, hib, dtap, rotavirus and Pneumococcal excluding hepatitis B(as per booklet) and doctor again gave hexaxim. Is it OK to give hexaxim since hepatitis B was not recommended at 10 months.My daughter already had one dose of hepatitis B at birth already.
