My 1 year old baby boy is having cough and cold from 2 days and we are using syrups for it. So can we have polio drops when he is having cough and cold

I am from Mumbai and my baby girl is 2 and a half months old, till now all the vaccines and polio doses are given, but somehow I missed giving her the polio dose infer the govt of India campaign on Jan 29,2018. I would like to know if that can cause any problem for baby in future?
