Good morning dotor.My 5yrs old baby diagnosed with dengue yesterday.platelet count is 2.4lakhs yesterday.going on fluid therapy.today platelet count is 2.8laks.but wbc count decreased comparatively yesterday.wat is the reason.pls tell.thank you sir
