Ma baby is 1yr 7 months old..hes been vomiting after every meal and has mild fever...can it be worms????

Tvisha is having fever from last 2 days and cough from last 5 days. Fever is reaching 102 and after giving medicine it comes down but after that again fever. From yest she is not eating any thing and whatever she eats she vomits

My 2 years 4 months son is coughing since last 3 days. It is not always rather intermittent. As if something is stuck in his throat and he is trying to get it out. The cough is neither dry nor wet. He is coughing mainly while sleeping. Also no mucus in stool. And no fever. Otherwise he is chirpy as always. We are giving him honey, half tea-spoon thrice daily; started today. Please suggest if anything else is needed.
