My 3 year baby not potty 3 days she craying loudly daily night drink only milk urine pass three or four time

The baby cries alot Never sleeps long whether it's night or day which i think is not gud for growth Also when he cries no one can make him stop crying unless anyone hold him and walk which very tiring for me because he wants this in night too... Its been three days he constantly cries and have feed minimum half an hour

I have 40 days old baby i am giving him colicaid drops to him twice a day. He has loose motions now whether i should continue colic aid or stop as he has no relief from loose motions.

My son is 3 yrs and 6 months old. He has joined LKG last June. Since then once in every two to three weeks, he is getting fever.Now also, he is sufering from fever since yesterday. Every six hours we are giving him P250 4ml. At the end of 6th hour, he is getting a fever of 102.6 degree. Now shall we give him Meftal. People says that Meftal has some side effects. We dont know the reason why he is getting fever frequently. Kindly help
