My Child is 6 Month Old and She is Suffering for Lose Motion and Cold i trying Every thing But still facing Same Problem Now its near by 1 month

My child 4years old getting fever at yesterday night am given paracip 250 mg 5ml dose fever is relief on that time but child getting fever today evening what is the problem?

We also used medicines for that as prescribed by pediatrician like matra gurtpert n embrodil.even after that she is not cured.so i gave nasivion for 3 tines per day for 3 days.
