Check ur feed to baby
If ur giving other Than breast feed
Then
Continue to give breast feed only
If inadequate then
U can give top feed also
Don't start solid food now
For running nose
Give nasivion baby nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 3 times a day for 2days
