Possible dog bite or scrath on 7 year old. A stray dog was passing nearby and when I looked he was far. I asked my son, he said dog went by touching his legs. No scratch, no blood. I am anxious as I ve not witnessed incident. Should I give him rabies shots, already 3 days passed

Last year my son underwent fluid hernia operation, basically since birth he didn't had mother's milk, as he used to vomit, he doesn't like eating at all,he can't have a full chapati or 2 idlis or fruit, he cries when he is asked to eat, he is very very happy when he is not asked to eat, he is 5 years old, one week it will be normal like at least he eats something, next week again vomiting... What's the issue, till now no one are able to figure out. Don't know how long this issue will prolong. Again the issue of not eating has started... Doctors are giving the same medicine to stop vomiting... Can someone help
