My baby is 5 month old and she is having vomitting and loose motion. So .can u please suggest something. Can we give little water to avoid dehydration?

My son received the first dose of hep b at birth ,followed by second dose(hep b2) as Penta at 6 th week ,the third dose (hep b3) as Penta at 10 week ,but pentavalent dose at 14 week did not had hep b vaacine as it was given by private doc ,rather he gave forth dose as monovalent dose after 6 months of age.is it ok ,is my child protected.

4 yr old severely constipated for over a week. Has gone to ER twice. First dr found out how severe it was and gave some meds and said if she runs fever or hasn't gone by next day to come back. Went back after she hasn't gone and is running fever and 2nd dr said that the fever is not caused by that and gave a suppository then sent her home with meds. I dont know what to do. Shes in so much pain.
