My child 4years old getting fever at yesterday night am given paracip 250 mg 5ml dose fever is relief on that time but child getting fever today evening what is the problem?

Hi all my baby is 6th week and i feel he is passing stool watery I don't know is this diarrhea or what plz suggest? Photo attached .. also he looks well and weight is gaining.

My son 2.9 months has fever low grade since morning. Ranging between 99 - 100.6. in the evening we gave him crocun by 8 and since fever didn't come down gave him metal at 10. It's 11:30 he still has 100.6 fever. Weight 15 kg Male

My son name Anay. Since last few months white pimples on babies face. Doctor has given below medicines. 1 Mytret- No change 2 Candid- its impacted until n unless stop using. Once stop using again pimples is coming.
