My kid got fever after zoonaovac v anto rabies vaccine. is it ok or serious how can we give him next doses if he get fever oloke this? please help us.

My baby is only on breastmilk 4.5 months old. She had diarrhea and later on detected with lactose intolerance. Doctor gave neo smile drops for 2-3 days and zinc drops one time a day for 10 days. There was no improvement in Condition so doctor suggested to give zinc 2 times a day for 20 days. Now 12 days have finished very less improvement is there. My question 1) can i continue neosmile drops also 2) will eliminating dairy products from my food help? I dont want to start lactose free milk. Pls

Hi, Please can someone help me that my new born one month baby having yellowish discharge from right eye only. We clean it with plan water but every time it reappear.
