Whom should we consult for the above problem as my son does not speaks words properly and less of concentration as well

Mouth ulcer like from 1 week due to infection giving ziprax from 3 days still fever is coming and applying zitee zel still fully not reduced

My son has skin problems ...I checked with pediatric doctor he gave some medicine but skin issue keep on increasing over his face.
