Child Health Issues

My child is 3yrs old. He is affected by high fever more than 6hrs. And he is having full of cold in his heart. He used to caugh frequently and suddenly vomiting with cold. Now what is the remedy for this. Moreover he is not able to take food,he hate to take food because he thinking that if food makes me vomited. Please help me what to do and reply me as soon as possible.

My 6 month baby fell from the bed. He cried for few minutes and then stopped. No bump on his head. But after that, whenever i put him to bed ,he wakes up after few minutes and starts crying. This is happening at all his nap times. Sometimes he cries after lying on the bed and sometimes on my lap itself while I'm making him sleep. His cry is sudden,loud and he seems to grab me tightly. Please help.
