Absolutely NO relation to the vaccination!! The number of motions is not important at this age,and may vary from 10-12 a day, after every feed to just one motion after 2-3 days. BOTH are normal as long as the consistency is soft and formed. If very loose, add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. Maintain regularity and strict hygiene in feeds. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician.
