My 1 yr son has blocked nose which makes noise while feeding as well..this is since a week, I have given him naso clear but there is no relief..i have given him sinarrst 1 dose 2ml..let me know the cure

My baby is doing yellow foam potty. What could be the cause or he is well? He is taking only mother milk.. Age of baby is 10weeks

My son is 4 months old and exclusively breastfed.since he was 9 weeks he used to poop(yellow and seedy) once or twice in a day.From past 3 weeks he is passing motions 7-8 times a day,which is mostly green in color and sometimes yellow,it has mucus and tiny spots of blood and also it is frothy.despite all these, baby is very active and urine output is good. Since a month his weight gain is 500grams (he used to put on 1kg every month since birth). Please suggest whether this change is Because of any infection and he need to be taken to doctor. His current weight is 6.3 KG. Have attached a pic of his poop. Please suggest how to proceed further.
