Nasal block is medically significant ONLY if the baby is not able to feed properly or sleep peacefully.
Noisy breathing is NOT a medical condition, and is due to normal mucous production in the nasal passages,STOP all medicines.
If blockade is significant, just give steam inhalations and use saline nasal drops ONLY.
If accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician, rather than self medicating.

Continue with syp sinarest-af 2.5ml morning and night...give nasivion paediatric nasal drops 2 drops in each nose 3 times a day...even then if not relieved then visit the doctor near by to rule out any local causes....
