You can't use paracetamol for blocked nose. paracetamol is for fever or pains.
For blocked nose should use nasoclear nasal drops
But should check prior whether baby is having any breathing difficulty, distress

No, Paracetamol is only for a fever or any pain.
If baby has blocked nose, he or she will have some mild difficulty in feeding or breathing and some noisy breathing ...
I hope baby otherwise is ok with no cold, fever , fast breathing etc.

Nasal saline drops (nose drops) maybe used: 2 drops in each nostril.
