Child Health Issues

Hi My 3 month old baby stretch alot and arch back in his sleep ,especially when I want to pick up him when he is asleep :He stretches and arch back and flexes his hip and knees so hard. When he is awake and cries ,he strech his legs and extend them with arching back in my huge. He vomitting alot and he has diarrhea with brestfeeding and formula.when I use lactose free formula his diarhea stops.He is very uncomfortable when he sleeps and has Moro reflex frequently.

My daughter having lil fever in last morning. I was gave her fepanil drops as suggested her pediatrician. Is this medicine are correct? Pls suggest me. Her pediatrician is not available on sunday. Pls suggest me is the above mentioned medicine is ok for fever or not?

My daughter is 7 weeks old. This week it has happened twice that she has slept only 4-5 hours in the last 15 hours. In the meanwhile she is demanding feed the entire time. Sometimes becomes restless while feeding. 3 days back she behaved the same way then the following two days she slept for almost 18-19 hours in the day taking very light feeds.
