When my son walk is facing problem in right leg. He is not moving his right leg properly. No any type of pen in his leg or any part of body. Kindly guide me what I should do.

Have seen some blood in my kid vomit today morning. He had dosa with dry fruit mix powder. Now he is ok no signs of vomiting after lunch. Little tensed about the blood in vomit.
