I am going to give zental syrup to my daughter (5 years).Shall i give it after the meal or before meal?

I lived in paschim Vihar new Delhi my child is 2 months old.. From yesterday he is passing stool in liquid form and atleast 6 times and he is not taking sleep as well what to do please suggest?

Since last night he has fever .. no cold and cough.. no other symptoms Any specific medicine.. or shall give him panadol syrup

Mine is a pre term baby.born on 9th May 2018.still in NICU.day before yesterday there was one spike fever of 98.7 degree. Follows with 3 Apnea. Later they put him on CPAP. They say that CRP level is 27 which could be due to infection. They done blood culture. Till today it's normal. Since yesterday my baby is maintaining without the CPAP but the breathing is fast. Please tell me what could be the possible reasons??

Zerolac powder can be used for 1 year Baby can not digest any other milk . May be lactose intolerance.
