I lived in paschim Vihar new Delhi my child is 2 months old.. From yesterday he is passing stool in liquid form and atleast 6 times and he is not taking sleep as well what to do please suggest?

If only breastfed,give feeds at a gap of atleast 2-1/2 hours,maintain hygiene.
If top fed,maintain strict hygiene in preparation and giving of top feed and use a spoon and katori to give top milk feeds.
Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
Don't give anything else by mouth.
