Give 3 milk feeds including one top milk feed using a spoon and katori and 3 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery and add enterogermina vials half vial twice a day for 3 days.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or dullness and refusal to feed consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
