Continuous loose motion and stool colour is green. Approx 10 - 12 motion. Giving him ofloxacin & ornidazole oral suspension.

Why is baby on the said syp? Is there blood in motion? Does child have fever? If answer is no, stop the medicine. Give 1/2 glass ORS after every loose motion and get child seen by pediatrician.
