Child Health Issues

In bacterial infection, medicines like crocin and meftal reduce the fever to normal or they just reduce it to some level, as i have given meftal to my child but still he is having 101.4 F fever. He is 14 months old

Kid has mild stomach pain and white stool And she vomited once and she is not eating Anything kindly advise

My 14 months baby had 7-8 times vommiting one day and since then he is having high fever ...now it's been more than 3 days, but no improvement ...although we have consulted a child speaclist doctor but medicines are not effecting....we are giving crocin and meftal....crocin is not able to reduce temperature ....and meftal is reducing temp. But fever is again and again coming after every 4-5 hours....doctor said it might be bacterial infection...but why for last 3 days fever is not reducing...

Our daughter is 11 month old. Earlier she had skin rashes in small area.now it is increasing.sometime is become normal and sometimes pink. Is abzorb powder safe is baby
