My baby in 7 months very low weight gain 100gms in a month what could be the possible reason pls advice

My 14 months kid is having Bacterial Infection, i am giving him crocin and meftal for last 3 days...and now his fever has decreased to around 100 -100.5 from more than 102 earlier. Earlier doctor has advised 3 ml of crocin /6 hours, which i gave for 3 days....but as now he is getting low fever , can i give low dose of crocin right now,if fever comes again..like 2 ml only ??

Whether hepatitis b is giving for baby during 12 months We got info that the vaccine is not giving or not mandatory now a days Is it true?
