My baby has 8th month now.he was suffering with fever and vomthing sensation. we are taking medication for that p-120 syrup and monocef-50mg tab. His head looks so hot and remains body feels like cool. Baby also not active.plz suggest me is there any problem.when I check his temp shows 100.4.

My baby is 16days old via c section. Some people are advising me to tie a cloth around the head of the baby. In veracity, i think this is of no substantial use except that it will put unnecessary pressure on the head and may be a source of baby’s discomfort. Am i correct? Or is tying a cotton cloth around his head beneficial?
