How much dose of Maxtra for running nose Should I give to my 19 month old baby boy. His weight is around 10.5 KG. Please suggest

I have wrongly given 5 ml zincovit syrup to my 7 days old baby instead of 5 drop . Can u please help if there is any side effects. I gave him in the morning n one right now .

My baby is 9 month old she was suffering from clod nd cough from last 5 days but now she is coming on track......situation is better now but from yesterday she is doing potty 3 times in days before cold n cough she was doing only once in a day,.her potty is sometimes little greenish with  yellowish only once she passed watery after that its pasty like,.plz suggest me its due to cold or what?? My daughter born with 2.5kg, now c s 10month old, but her weight is still now its 6.8kg. From last 2-3months c just gained 150-200grams. V giving the addition food like raagi malt, rice malt, cerelac 4-5 a day along with breastfeed. Her activity are normal but worrying about weight only. Shown to child specialist in vijayapur. They given tonics, which not helped her to gain weight. Will it affect her health in future? What should I fallow to increase her weight plz suggest

My baby girl is 7 months old. And she is having a high cough. She is not having a fever. During her sleep, I can clearly hear snoring. Doctor here are suggesting to give steam with some medication. But I am not sure whether it is good with 7 month old baby or not. Please suggest if I should go for it. As their any home remedies which can give her relieve instead of going to medication. She is on medication from last 15 days and I see no improvements.
