My feeding is not enough to my baby.he is 28days old.what should I eat to increase my breast milk

My son has fever from yesterday night. Reading 100.5-101. but now he has 104. Pls help. He is 8.5 year old.

My baby is 8 months old and doing dark green poop ...earlier it was whitish thn light green now dark green...poop is normal ...just colour is dark green. He is teething as well...so just want to ask is it normal

Baby age - 6 month, Weight - 9.6kg, Female The baby has developed cold and cough since "3days" and coughs sometimes. Sneezes to clear it out. Nasal discharge is watery and somewhat wheetish in color. Thickened a little today. She doesn't show any feverish symptoms though. What worries me is she coughs much after first feeding in the morning, and vomits trying to clear the mucus collected overnight. She had never faced any illness so far since birth. What kind of medication is suggested? Is medical attention needed? Since I don't have good pediatricians nearby.

Hello sir/madam My son has 7 month old he have cold come and go but previous month he have over cold and cougth then we visited a doctor.The doc Said WALRI then 3 days nebu has used after son is get well and Dr said to take x Ray after seen x Ray nothing  in the report .its like allergies nu Dr said and give delpoment syrup for 15 days .what reason WALRI happens for my son and I am very scared about my son ,explain about WALRI and it will not come after
