My son ,3.5 yrs of age was suffering from constipation So I done thyroid test and it’s 6.1 range Please tell me whether it’s a normal one do I need to start treatment

My 3 yr old refuses to eat almost everything. He is just 10 kgs. He is physically a little small and short for a kid of his age. He is often constipated so I have been forbidden by the doctor to give him any sort of dairy product esp cow milk. I give him porridge/ oatmeal in the morning with bananas. He takes plain khichdi during daytime and dinner time he takes plain rice, dal and vegetables. He dislikes meat. He keeps playing with food in his mouth and eventually throws it back in the plate. He doesn't like biscuits, he doesn't take fruits. I don't remember any day he has had a hearty meal. What should I do? Is giving only soup enough for him?

Hi Doc, My son is getting fever, vomiting, stomach ache and neck pain very frequently from last 2 days. Today morning fever was measured as 103. We are giving him Ebugesic+, Crocin and Emeset. Please advise if this is viral and the mentioned medicines are enough or and suggestions. Thanks
