My 8 months old child having diarrhoea and I found thread in her stool, what has to be done if some thread is there inside her

Hello Dr, My ten month one week old baby doesn't crawl. She is able to sit up by herself now and comes to crawling position but doesn't move knees forward. She moves her hands and thus falls flat. I am a bit worried. Her all other milestones have been in normal range. She is 99 percentile on weight and 85 percentile on height so is weight the reason?
