Child Health Issues

There is a small white sopt developed on my 3 year old son's face. Please see attached picture of that area. This is growing slowly. Please suggest the treatment.

Please suggest me how to feed my 1 year 1 month old child. As I am single father I am worried if he needs DHA.

Can I give my 1year old baby Nandini milk as a drink which is locally available. Currently I am giving her lactogen in the night along with 1time ragi porridge & 2times rice,dal& veggie mixture.

And can it be given in small amount in 3/4 time to make 1.5ml.

My son is 2.5 years old, he is suffering from fever. He has been given a dose of 3 ml meftal p , but fever recurred within 5 hours. He showed no improvement with calpol. Is the dose of meftal p correct? His weight is around 11.5 kg. He also felt cold at some time in the day.
