My 4yr kid is having temperature 104F with dry cough, unable to visit doctor due to unavailability. Fever started since morning, given parcetamol P250 once. Any advise pls. Thanks.

My 50 days old baby vomits 3-4 times in a day ,after feed .we make her burp after every feed and hold in upright position for around 10 mins.we give 0.3 ml domstal drops thrice in a day but still she vomits 3-4 times she isn't gaining weight. Can you please suggest?
