Child Health Issues

My boy is of 5yrs . For last 2 yrs he is too restless throughout the day. His sleeping hours is very low.Sleeps at midnight  or 1 am.His less sleeping hours is since his birth.           For the whole day he nearly sleeps for 5_6 hours. He doesn't take food.proprely and when gets hungry becomes irritated . He is less attentive to any task. Pls guide.

My baby is 7 months old and on 2 times solid... I give her only few sips of water after every solid foods.. how much ml water can be given to my baby.. plz tell some quantity for reference as my elders suggest me to give her more water ...
