Stomach ache n loose motions

Hi my son is 8 years old he had vomiting from thurs night gave him emeset on friday from today afternoon he is complaining of stomach pain n had 2 or 3 loose motions he is also passing alot of gas can i give him zanocin

If this is viral diarrhea, an antibiotic would not help. Rather start him on Zinc and probiotics along with plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration
