My baby is 40 days old as I am not lacting..so giving lactogen to my baby... he is having pain in stomach and realising gas as well..but taking the feed timely...kindly suggest any medicine...is this is the gastric pain or something else...

Hi my 1.11 year son almost 2year had ddh at birth but late diagnosis...at his 18 month he had closed reduction and stay spica cast for 4 month but unfortunately the femur head is out of socket...then doctor planned for open reduction without plates and pins...there is no plates and pins...and have to stay 2 month in spica cast...now it's 10th day after operation...now my doubt is...does this operation can success?pls tell does the femur head Stay in socket after this open reduction?pls tell me pls..pls...
