Child Health Issues

Dear Doctor,my daughter is suffering from fever last 3 days .last night her temperature was around 100 but after the treatment of doctor from last 8 hours her temperature is lies between 95-97 degree .is it dangerous and what i need to do .

My 2 year old had a throat infection 3 days back. the doctor prescribed her antibiotics and cough syrup. her fever is gone but she seems very lethargic and is passing lesser urine and it's dark yellow in colour. her eyes also are swelled up and when she is coughing her eyes r getting watery. I don't know if the medicines are working or not. I'm truly worried. pls suggest. she is eating less but she is feeding. she isn't drinking as much water as she usually does. very lethargic. sleeping more than usual. activity level moderate. also has what sounds like heavy nasal congestion.

What is the normal dose of tyhhoid conjugate vaccine in 1 year baby. And hepatitis a vaccine

Now my son is on mother milk. Pls advice if hard food feeding can be started now and what could be the food, intervals along with mother milk.

My question is my son who is 6+ years now had a traumatic birth but he is a normal kid as others, doesn't have any issues. Recently our family doctor asked us to get an MRI done just to check his brain since he had hematomas after birth. And got to know that he has mild gliotic changes in his brain ( I don know which part of the brain) and doc asked us few questions as weather he had any seizure or convulsion. We said no and the doctor told us he might get one...if he ever gets then we should take him to the hospital. And also told us about dos and don'ts. My question here is since his birth he has not got any seizure till date but will he get it going further?
