My 17 months baby had fever since yesterday only her head he so hot except head her body is cool since 2 days she is not passing herstool she is not eating anything except my brestmilk iam using paracetamol syrup yesterday night onwards she got 101 fever the fever is not reducing is any dangerous plese suggest

Children tend to be irritable when they have fever, I suggest you to continue giving Paracetamol every 4-6 hrly so that temperature is under control, if fever goes beyond 101 give meftal suspension instead of Paracetamol.
