Do we need to check baby temperature before giving paracetamol or dolo syrup for every 6 or 8 hours ? If the temperature is 100 in the morning and given dolo/paracetamol syrup and in the noon if the temperature is 99 do we still need to give the syrup ? Please advise thanks in advance.

Hi, My baby is 5 month 10 days old, his both hands were shivering sometimes (once in 2 or 3 days), so we consulted pediatrician, he said its normal no need to worry, after examinations we came to know that his hemoglobin was less so he gave medication, And now from last 3 days I observed that his head also shivering, while feeding I observed it thrice Is it normal , please suggest wat to do ..
