Child Health Issues

My son is 3years old. Since we are a nuclear family with no help my son was exposed to tab/mobile phone a lot since the age of 8months. He ia 3years old now. He speak sentences with not more than 3 words. He is also fixed on talking only about 1topic. Like for e.g these days he only talks about washing machine and air conditioners. He doesnt reply to questions like what did yous tudy in school or what did u eat etc. He doesnt follow commands like go and give this message to so and so. I am very worried. The paedetrician had recommended speech therapy long back. The speech therapist i consulted even suggested behaviour therapy to begin with. What do u suggest. Kindly help me out. Regards, sweta

My is 4 year.. he has this rashes on this left leg past 3 or 4 days.. we don't know it was caused or is it dangerous.. should i take him to doctor.. its getting worst day by day

My preterm baby ( 33 weeks 5 days) got her booster vaccine ( hexa 5- painless) and pnemonococcal on 4 oct. though nothing happened to her then, but now after 25 days she has developed swelling on her left thigh. Is the swelling due the vaccine or could there be any other reason like massage or anything else? Xray is normal, ultrasound says hematoma/abccess. She is currently on anitbiotics and painkiller since the last 5 days but there is a little diff in her. swelling . What do i do? Cant see her in pain. How long shall such swelling take to heal? Colour of the leg is normal ( not blue/red) but the swelling is too hard, such that she has completely stopped moving her leg. BW-1.786 kgs CW - 3.5 kgs

Dears, My 2 year old child got slipped 2 months back, she reported the pain on her foot, we gone through X_ray, Ultrasound, and few blood tests,I went to 3 different Dr and took all these. Nothing found on bones, but my child in every 5 days stopped walking  for 1-2 day and after 2 days she would be able to walk. She reports pain sometimes on her foot. As per Dr and having reports they told she has weekness and she will be alright soon. Hemoglobin is less on my child around 8.4  and some calcium deficiency. We are giving the syrup and medicines to reduce these deficiency. But that's not working out, in every 3 days she reports pain. Please suggest what to do, Drs taking light but I am worried As it's been 2 months now. My child stopped consuming food also, she just take milk. She used to eat chapati, but now that also she left in last 4 days. Please suggest what can be the problem.
