Child Health Issues

My son is 4 yrs old. Since being small, he has a habit of vomiting. Every time he sees any food he starts vomiting. Only if the food is of his choice, then everything is fine. Everybody at home have started getting irritated with his habit.

My baby is nine month old...I have one question regarding her health... should I introduce organic veggies n fruits to my baby? Upto nine month I gave my baby inorganic veggis n fruits easily found in market...are these inorganic veggis n fruits harmful to my baby bcoz of pesticides n chemicals in it?

My lo 11 weeks old had his vaccinations on Monday. He had slight fever so gave him paracetamol and he was fine the next day. He usually takes breast feeding for 10 mnts followed by 60 ml of formula every 2 and half hrs. In the evening he took 30 ml formula and spit up almost the formula in few minutes since I changed his diaper as soon as he finished his feeding. He was restless for sometime and slept for next 2.5 hrs. He cried for his next feed, took 10 mnts in my breast followed by 60 ml. He seems a little tired to me. He did not spit up after that. Is it ok. What can I do if he spits up again? Should i visit the doctor or shall I wait till tomorrow?

Fever is not repeating since last night but feeling difficulty in breathing and nose is runny.
