High fever with Shivering
My Son 6years old, is having high fever since morning. So we were giving Dolo 250 10ml suspension. At night he had 103.5 degree Fahrenheit so we gave Meftal P, 10ml . Now at 3am he started shivering but no fever. We gave Dolo again. Shall I give Meftal P again as he doesn't have fever but shivering.

Shivering usually indicates that body temperature is rising. If measured fever is present, only then give antipyretics.
