Child Health Issues

Hi, My Kid getting fever of 100+ once in a day for last 2 days. And he is down with fever for 5 days till last Friday. Not sure what's causing it. Planning to take him doctor tomorrow. Please help

My son 10 yrs diagnosed with hypertension at 150..Weight -48. Height -1 .37cm..Consulted pediatric nephrologist ..His all reports are echo. 3d.angiography.citiscan doesn't show anything. His gfr is 107and creatinine level at 0.7..Then what's the reason for such high blood pressure.. Currently taking tab Nicardia 10 mg under doctors prescription..Is there any other reason to find out as his all body parameters are normal..He even sleeps well and no snoring..

My son 4 month 12 days passing green colour watery motion for past one week above yesterday he frequently passing motion in green colour tday at time of feeding he struggle and pass little bit motion ...I see in 2 times of feeding he struggle creating some sound and passing motion am so much worried pls help me he exclusively breast milk only

2.7 years baby had 101 and 102 ,we are giving the meftal p as per doctor suggestion ,we used 2 nd too but fever not comning down, only few hours its nirmal aftet giving the syrup of meftsl p ,again aftet few hours temp is more theb 101

My son is 18 months old. He is hyperactive . Weight is 10 kg. Doesn't like to eat healthy foods which prepared for him . Waiting for fast foods always. But he has a sleeping problem . He doesn't like to sleep at night . Actually whole day he doesn't feeling sleepy so put into sleep that's a daily struggle . His clothing, room temperature everything is comfortable but don't know why he doesn't feel sleepy. Already consulted paediatrician . He couldn't find any problem. Need help.

My son 2 yrs 8 month he is going preschool.he interacting very well in home but in class room he simply sits not atall speeking with others enjoying while singing rhymes .he refused to play with other unknown kids and more than 2 kids but in home play with parents .he is afraid if they fastly run to him or hitting. he protecting himself from children by pushing them away .what can I do he is not  socializing
