High fever from 4days

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My baby has fever from 3days..it started with minute cold but now no cold she is suffering with.I gave her calpol for 2days, as the fever not reduced I gave her ibugesic plus(5ml).. With this,fever is not coming for 7hrs and again it is starting from 8th hour and the temperature is rising to 102 and today is 4th day..still she is getting fever from 7th hour.she is not having any other symptoms.. Which antibiotic I can use now please help me sir
