My daughter is 18 months old suffering from cold and chest and nasal congestion since one day...she is prescribed syp crocin for fever (99.9)..3ml thrice a day.
Pls prescribe medications for nasal congestion and chest congestion...
I hv mucolite and kofarest...can I hv them??..if so then what's the dose and Shud I hv both or anyone.?

If mild, avoid unnecessary meds and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal blockade or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat after every 4 hours ONLY if fever recurs.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like breathlessness or wheezing and dullness or refusal to feed consult your paediatrician asap for physical examination and treatment.
