Child Health Issues

My 3 yr old boy is not eating anything and passing watery stool. Though I am giving him water but worried he is not eating anything. Can anyone suggest remedy? I can see his jaw tooth coming , can that be a reason. Please suggest

Hi , my daughter she is 3.8 years old from nearly four days she was suffering from fever and severe headache she was on doctor prescription of Dolo 250 syrup and sporidex syrup which has finished now her fever is fine but she is   complaining of stomach ache and there is vomiting also as soon as she eat something she do yellowish green motion...plz suggest some medicine because from 2 days doctors are in leave..

My baby 5th month running he is going dark green stool since 2 days i approach near pediatric he told its normal.but iam geeting tense due to that.

My 4 month baby boy is on breast milk as well as nestle pro nan 2-3 times a day through katoti/spoon from last one month as breast milk is not sufficient (milk flow is very less) as he keeps on crying and demand more after breast feeding. From last one month his stool is of dark green colour and he poops on alternate days. As per our pediatrician we are giving multi vitamin and iron drops once a day. My concern is his dark green stool, please guide us there any problem or not ...
