My baby is 45 days old...his vaccination is due on 23 October... So did vaccination can be done on 19 October?

Hi My 25 days old son has been vomiting milk from his mouth and nose soon after breastfeed. This is happening right from his birth. I feed him lying on bed with completely turning him towards myself. He has gained weight (birth weight 3.2kgs. after 25 days 3.9kgs). Please suggest me a solution for this. Thank you.

My one one year old boy has been suffering from fever since last day. At the thermometer the temperature is shown 99, 100, 100.5, 101 or  like that it means a real temperature is one or one and half degrees more than that. When calpol 120 mg 5 ml per serving is administered the temperature goes down after 4 or 5 hours it started rising again. What should I do? No other symptoms like running nose cough loose motions etc. He is not taking the diet properly.
