Child got throat pain and then running nose with sneeze and cough. Doc said viral infection and didn't prescribe antibiotic. Current medication leftose, brufen, procodin. Is antibiotics necessary.

Red bumps on my baby's face neck body
Hi, may daughter is 20 days old... her weight is 7 lb 13 Oz and height is 19inches. She is having these red bumps all over her face , neck , back and arms like acne.... what are these.??
