My 50 days old baby vomits 3-4 times in a day ,after feed .we make her burp after every feed and hold in upright position for around 10 mins.we give 0.3 ml domstal drops thrice in a day but still she vomits 3-4 times she isn't gaining weight. Can you please suggest?

Is ambiguous genitalia & transgender are same ? Is there any treatment of ambiguous genitalia? It can cureable after treatment?

Doctor suggested Lactodex powder and Simyl MCT oil to be mixed with the breast milk. Will it help her in weight gain? Infact her weight gain was good in the 1st month of her birth, atleast 20gms per day. What should be her weight now?
