Dengue fever
Is it can give zincovit for dengue child with age of 18 months,plate let counts below 50000 she seems very weak.

zincovit is a multivitamin which can be given. But dengue fever is dangerous in other aspects too.plz consult a pediatrician as soon as possible.

Please keep ur child under monitoring of a pediatrician....Zincovit can b give...but major concerns r something else

Yes. But watch for urine output and bleeding from any site as nose bleed, gum bleed. Plenty of oral fluids and medically supervise the child.

You can give it, though you would need to monitor for other problems by meeting your pediatrician as well
