My baby started solid food from today but he has been doing potty 4 times but before solid he did one potty.is it normal or not?

The belly button of 3 month baby boy is outside around 02-03 inch . It's a fluffy kind of thing which can be put inside by pressing with finger. Doctor said it is normal and automatically go inside after one year.kindly suggest

Within a span of 3 days I see this on my child's skin. It's red and uneven surface. Not limited to face. I see the same spot in leg. Any findings would be greatly helpful.

Dear Doctor. Need your kind advice regarding this issue. My 1yr old son has developed few red patches in face and in right leg. Looks wise it's red and uneven. No new medicine added recently so ruling out the allergy part. This has been visible since a week now. No irritation or uneasiness reported by kid. All other daily routine seems normal.
